The 2016 edition of Riverside’s Dickens Festival caught me by surprise.

Previously it was held closer to the beginning of February near my daughter’s birthday.

This time around it was the last weekend of February.

As such I could only spare 2 hours of my Sunday to check it out.

I was told it was a lot more crowded the day before.

Sometimes you have to make do with what time you can spare.

I was there for about 2 hours so these are the pictures I made Sunday afternoon.

Let me know under comments which you prefer,  the grayscale image or color?
