Wireless phone service always comes with a whole string of gotchas. As we approach the month of April when I’ll be finally rid of Sprint, they are all of a sudden playing nice once again. I just got a friendly email from them touting the various upgrades to a smartphone and other plans. That’s not the tune . . . → Read More: Restarting the Clock The end of June is upon us. That by itself doesn’t mean a whole lot but for Californians, the new month July means we can’t be using the cellphone without a hands-free device if we’re driving. Sorry kids, if you’re 18, you’re not allowed to be chit-chatting on the phone even with a hands-free device.
