The Donald F. Averill Applied Technology Training Center of the San Bernardino Community College District in partnership with the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers hosted a Solar Energy Forum June 3, 2008.

The forum discussed the best practices in Solar Development for Community Colleges, School Districts and other Public and Private Agencies.

The keynote speakers were Larry Eisenberg, Executive Director of Facilities, Planning and Development Los Angeles Community College District and Bernie Kotlier, Consultant to IBEW 11 of Los Angeles.

 

They were introduced by Steve Clute, Business Development Manager and Dr.Matthew Isaac, executive director, Economic Development & Corporate Training, San Bernardino Community College District.

Following their presentation, a panel moderated by Maria Simani, Ph.D., Director, P-20 Regional Alliance, Alpha Center UCR answered questions from the audience.

On the panel were Bernie Kotlier, consultant to IBEW 11 of Los Angeles, David Salazar, executive director, Facilities Planning, Development and Administrative Services, San Bernardino Community College District and Dr. Matthew Isaac.
