Using Photopea

During this period of the Covid-19 pandemic, we will have to rely heavily on free online tools like Photopea. 

Those using Photoshop, take note the tools are very, very similar to Photopea. If you are able to install Photoshop on your computer, that should always be your 1st choice. 

Try the Amazon Webstreaming App option accessible from your OUSD single sign in dashboard as your 2nd choice.
