Each year I look forward to the one-day event that is the Asian Pacific Lunarfest in downtown Riverside.

This year’s celebration took place on Saturday Jan 25.

It’s been over a month and I just realized I never got around to posting any of those pictures.

The day itself was actually warm about 80℉ as I recall.

This festival is very photogenic because of the variety of costumes and cultures involved.

I had lots of company that day.

IMG_2693The Cosplay enthusiasts draw a  large following of photographers on its own.

When combined with this festival, I saw a lot of folks walking around with some fancy gear–many with more expensive gear than I can afford.
