Our record-setting precipitation in Southern California for February 2019 meant lots of time inside the classroom.
So some ingenuity, imagination and a handy Manfrotto superclamp kept my lessons on motion on track.
There is a distinct advantage being indoors: the lighting is predictable meaning it never changes unless the custodian comes by and changes the light bulbs in the fixtures.
We settled on a setting of ISO 400 1/15sec at f11. We left the White Balance on Auto and used the widest setting on our kit lens, the 18mm.
