This year’s fall festival took place on November 1. Days leading up to the day, organizers were concerned because it was extremely windy.
Fortunately, the weather cooperated on the actual day of the festival and we had a gorgeous fall day with very pleasant temperatures.
And best of all, no wind to kick up dust or cause havoc to the hanging artwork throughout the Nature Center.

Many thanks to Ms. Carter for her tireless work keeping the Nature Center looking its best season after season.
My students and I hope you enjoy the pictures you see here. I had so much fun even though it was very hectic.
I sent all 3 of my classes out to the Nature Center and because we have to share cameras between all classes, that meant each student had to hurriedly download the images from the cameras before the bell rang at the end of each period.
Please leave a comment if you see an image you like. I’m certain my students will appreciate that very much.
I’m already looking forward to next year’s Fall Festival…
